Job Description:
The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients. You will ensure customer satisfaction, manage post-sales support, and drive client retention through exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Address client inquiries, resolve any issues, and provide ongoing support.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients’ needs, offering tailored IT solutions.
- Monitor client satisfaction and provide feedback to internal teams.
- Work with the sales team to upsell additional products or services where applicable.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and reports for clients.
